On run 390, PostgreSQL 16 and 17 passed all functional checks. PostgreSQL 18 exited 124 during Docker startup for the secrets test while the shared eight-core host had a load of 33.7; completed dumps took under a second. Allow up to 120 seconds for correctness-test container operations and 30 seconds for configuration-rejection commands. Timeouts remain failures, and every SQL, data, exit-status and content assertion is unchanged. Limit Go scanner concurrency to two threads, matching MariaDB. No runtime image code or vulnerability threshold changes.

Fresh restores of Odoo production, Authentik, Forgejo and Zabbix with the current 18.6 candidate all passed, including counters, extensions, schema and Odoo accounting totals: /var/lib/compose-version-rollout/postgres-backup-client-18-20260925T175225.
